im pretty excited.
im pretty sick of it.

ill start with what im sick of then to give you a hint that things are getting better the latter.

im sick of work so sick of it infact i dont care about making any money at all now...its gotten to the point were i try to hide and escape so much that it effects my income...ive sold my soul for ** grand per year ive sold my soul for nitrogen filled tires and i want it back!
im going to turn 26 in 12 days and im living at home...moved back last year after a bunch of mishaps and life changing events...i need a place to screw, cuddle and play my guitar as loud and as teenaged as i want to.

ok so here are some good things;
this weekend i get to see kala after almost three weeks...like tom petty said " god its so painful something thats so close is still so far out of reeaach"
her play is opening tommarow night for one weekend only Urinetown...a musical about pee.
i cant wait to see her as an mean old lady. i cant wait to watch the original house of wax snuggled up in her plastic twin sized bed i cant wait for bacon broccoli bites and to taste kalas rassberry honey wheat beer.

my dads birthday was on wendsday...as a present to himself he bought not one but two harleys how crazy is that.

monday i bottled ten gallons of beer North Shore Brewery's smashed pumpkin ale and rasberry honey wheat Michaela brewed the latter and both should be quite delicious

last night Mark and i bottled twelve gallons of N.S.B. licorice ale and i dont know what the fuck sasperella both beers should be intresting to say the least

after bottling and making sure there was enough bottles to use Peter showed up just in time to go steal some pumpkins (and broccoli...peter) from the local farms. my white jogging sneakers will never be the same. after dropping them off i decided insted of going to sleep i should drive out to new brunswick to see kala i made a new world record. from wading river to new b i took me only one hour and forty minutes a trip that normal would take almost three hours...

i cant believe how much every new season of magnum amazon sends me is even better than the last...just went i thought season three couldnt be topped - magnum looses his surf ski and gets caught in a tide out to sea in shark infested waters... we get (new) flash backs to his past with his father and learn why magnum spends every fourth of july alone.

i watched shaun of the dead for the 111th time the other night...man i cant get over eds clyde impression...

last night i saw kala in ragtime...she was so hot in that corsetey thing...but i thought the set was going to fall down around her and the director was out of his mind with the casting choises...ie the leads could not really act too well...it was like a middle school prodution.

cant wait till august for my road trip to iowa and hoover fest...and to meet jasons new honey pie.

pete went to new orelens a few weeks ago and i got a call from him last night...he got a job washing dishes because he ran out of cahs and he is staying with a friend of a friend of a friend...i love pete what a crazy sob. next week he may or may not hitch hike to savanna ga for spring break and saint pattys day...he will be staying with the female rugby team from his almamada for free. then he may or may not, depending on his mood hitch hike to san diago until his graduation cerimony in may....
how the fuck did i end up wearing a shirt and tie before i did anything crazy like that.

saint paddys day will be in baltimore this year with jay, kala, lou, adrienne and celia rose. we will be drinking nsb irish red (well not celia...shes only like a month or two old)

i got lost in the americain museum of natural history with michaela yesterday...needless to say it was awesome.
then we walked like a hundred blocks to drink martinis and sea breezes...my martini was perfect vodka up with a twist ice cold.

ok...so it has been a while since i posted and a lot of fucked up and wonderful things happened.....we broke up with kala got back together and broke up again...its reallly hard when you love someone....we're still good friends i made a few mistakes. got into a street brawl on the 4th of july...fat lip bloody nose, no one fucks with my friends. ive brewed a few beers a red..an ipa and some ginger mead. i was looking into purchasing a home but my credit is fucked up - courtesy of my ex jamie f.. jay hung out for a week and it was awesome even though it was one of the strangest weeks ever (at no fault to jay i love that mother fucker and had a sweet time drinking, going to the outback and watching flicks till dawn). when to the shamrock inn a totaly dive bar 2 minutes walk from my house... i fought of a band of zombies with a toaster. watched sevrel people fucked up on acid, pain klillers and henesey. but i think im ok now im just gonna let what happens happen you know just live. i had an awesome cry last friday night with kala and an epiphony....im scared not just of growing older and more responsible but im afraid that i like it, ilike my 9-5 i like customer service (sometimes) i like acutualy paying my car insurance (well not really but i like not having to look over my shoulder while driving) im scared that yes ive thought of marrige (even though i'm totaly against it) but im just rambling now...

an evening in nyc

i'm starting to turn around on this whole nyc thing.....

got into penn at 6:02 and went directly to the penn sta "tgi.mc`scratchies" for a pint and watched an older woman put a washed up graduated frat boys hand down her blouse to prove that her large busoms are real. went up to the 32nd and 7th exit to smoke a fag.. there was a group of people in front of fuse headquaters i couldnt make out what the were shouing at first..but by the end of my ciggi i realized they were protesting the circus and how they treat elephants and other jungle creatures. went back down for another pint of guinness and some terrible anecdotes by barflies on there way to lame ass sporting events... up again for anther fag and some more protesters. then back down to the smoothie king to wait for kala...tried my best to look like a total stud (wasnt too hard)...had a smoothie amd walked a few blocks past the subway entrance.

took the 'D' train down town and by this time i really had too pee from the two pints and smoothie...got reliefe at the culture project where we saw belfast blues and excellent play about growing up in war torn belfast in the late 70's early 80's....our seats were divided by a huge pole...it was rather annoying.

back to the subway station to see a man playing happy birthday on accordian to a twenty-something wearing a tieara and a man standing solemly by himself wearing bunnie ears..

at penn we made it just in time for the 10:19 and to witness a crazy woman shouting "get out of my way get the FUCK out of my way" and a little kid sreaming bloody murder...a quick nap and no parking tickets for my illegally parked car

all in all a great night...i guess thats why i slept through my alarm.....

i think my girlfriend caught the black plauge when she fell into a giant puddle at the saint patricks day parade on the 13th. a parade we pretty much missed the actual parade part but didnt miss too much of the party part....we were blitzed. my morning started with scotty knocking on my door with a bottle of jameson and a bottle of killians [the official (us) beer of st pattys day]. so by the time we got to the parade we were pretty well...you know. so by the time we got to the tatoo parlor me and scott were retarted....by the time our matching shamrock tats were done so were we....but wait a minute a second wind....we drank some more at mobos.

me and kala pretty much had enought and decided to walk home, take a nap and wait for the slew of people that were supposed to come over and drink some more...on the way back kala decided to jump and splash about in a huge puddle, however she fell and was completly submurged...two miles back in hypothermic slime....a shower and some cuddling. now kala has the black plauge

on the 17th jason was in galleway, ireland at the parade...bastard
i wish i could have gone but i had loads of fun anyway.

man pennsylvania is long...
it was well worth the trip, being pulled over twice, once in indiana for go too fast (85mph) and once on the way back in ohio for going too slow (60mph in a 65...i was pulling out of a rest stop and taking off my coat as a cop came up behind me)
my car alarm you know the one i didnt know i had...it started to go off at a rest stop some where in eastern indiana so i pulled a macgyver and tore it out...ok so maybe it wasnt a macgyver move, more like the incredible hulk.

after that kind of lone drive you have no idea how good a futon in iowa looks or how comfertable it is...and for that matter on the the trip back a single sized bed in a girls dorm new brunswick new jersy looks (it looks sexy, thats how it looks muther-fuck)

a late train to jersey and a lot of snuggling later there was a "metric butload" of snow.

ok im trying to get through this crap...the licence issues, the depression and anxiety the breaking of hearts

when i was in the hospital i lied and told them i had never thought or had plans of killing myself. bull shit! i said it so i could get out if i needed to.
but honestly a few hours before my hospitalzation i was seriously considering throwing myself infront of a car...hanging myself from my celing fan (it probably would have fallen) sliting my wrists in the bathroom or washing down a bottle of sleeping pills with a bottle of whiskey...anyway i didnt, im still here and the reason is this; freinds. i didnt want my friends to have to go through that...you know the whole wake and funeral thingy. the best thing for me was all the concern and well wishes i got from everyone a really great letter from noah (that i currently have on my fridge) voice messages...declarations of love and hope. I thank you all.

the reason why im bringing this up is i have fallen into it again...but this time i have an experience to look back on and realize what i have is worth living for. even if i am a total fuck up things can always get better...even if im taken away in hand cuffs and put in a jail cell for a few hours because my paper work isnt in order (fucking car insurence, court system, dmv). i am sorry for ranting about depressing issues..and i am sorry for any pain i have caused...life will get better, i promise.

really already plan c, this time i went to the nutty irishman across the street from terri g's.
oh wow a dude playing acustic guitar...an elvis costello song no less (alison, my personal favorite) then he plays a few others contemperary mixed with irish pub songs. mind you i was the only one singing along to the irish rover and very few others claped in the correct parts...after a few more pints of stout i was feeling pretty good and decided to ask if i could play a song or two, i was confident i would be denied this honer so i was confident enough to ask. suprise suprise he said yes (after i offered to buy him his next pint, to wich he replied no im drinking miller ultra lite tsk tsk). theres nothing like enfringing on someones set with drunken beligerant singing and guitaratry.

as i was driving to work this morning i was thinking about my job technology. there is all sorts of crazy shit in cars today navigation (GPS) seat warmers, memory seat positions voice activation power every thing...head lights that turn before the car does, tire pressure moniters, dvd players in the head rests and the list goes on and on...useless shit i mean yeah its neat but do you need it?
i for one am not impressed.

in my car (1993 nissan sentra) there are none of these things, no power locks, windows or dvd players..just turn the key and go, this impresses the shit out of me. think a bout it from an unfrozen cavemans point of view how amazing this is, this basic technology. you turn a key and move a lever now your going 80 mph on the express-way, all these lights come on, ghost music "holy mastadon" i might think (if i were a caveman). see the problem with all this new technology in cars is manufacturers are pushing it too fast to try and beat competion causeing all of this shit to be kinda lousy in operation.
